This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional who wants to learn, develop and grow alongside an expanding agency with a leading local brand and strong marketing presence.The roleYou will manage a residential property portfolio while developing solid relationships with landlords and tenants.
With established systems, administrative support and approachable directors who remain actively involved in the business, you will have the support needed to provide an outstanding level of service.Key responsibilitiesManaging a residential property portfolioBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsResponding promptly to owner and tenant enquiriesCoordinating maintenance and liaising with contractorsConducting routine inspections and preparing reportsManaging lease renewals, rent reviews and arrearsCoordinating tenant vacates and property condition reportsReviewing and processing tenancy applicationsEnsuring property files and documentation remain accurate and compliantAttending to breach notices, bond matters and other tenancy requirementsWorking collaboratively with the wider property management and administration teamAbout youTo succeed in this role,



you will ideally have:Previous residential property management experienceA current WA Property Management RegistrationA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleStrong communication and relationship‐building skillsExcellent organisation and time‐management abilitiesSound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant WA legislationConfidence managing competing priorities and resolving issues professionallyStrong attention to detail and record‐keeping skillsExperience using PropertyTree or similar property management softwareA positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and growWhy join Holdsworth Real Estate?
