This is your opportunity to work directly with the founders and have a meaningful impact on the program.As the Marketing Coordinator, you'll drive marketing initiatives that build visibility and engagement, own the complete applicant journey and keep our operations running smoothly.
You'll be the trusted connector between applicants, stakeholders, and leadership, and as Embarq evolves, so will your role.Role ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CommunicationDevelop, implement, and manage an ongoing social media strategy, including creating promotional posts, videos, and compelling storytelling content across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTokProduce and edit grantee interviews and impact stories to showcase the Embarq's work and missionSupport external PR initiatives and media relations efforts to enhance Embarq's visibility, engagement and reputationPlan, coordinate, and execute Embarq events, including promotion, logistics, and attendee engagementOversee the back-end administration of the website,



including scheduling and dispatching required communications according to the quarterly program scheduleManage all email communications with applicants and potential applicants, ensuring timely and professional responsesMaintain website functionality and serve as the primary liaison with website developers, coordinating updates and technical changes as neededAdministration & General OperationsOversee the complete applicant lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact and support to ensure each applicant has a positive, seamless experience from initial inquiry through to completion.Coordinate quarterly interview schedules, including scheduling, reminders, and logistics coordinationManage grant agreements in collaboration with appropriate stakeholdersRegularly gather feedback to identify opportunities and implement improvements in collaboration with the Founder/DirectorAbout YouExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBackground in administration or operations supportExperience with event coordination, website management, or video productionExceptional attention to detail and organisational abilitiesProactively anticipates needs and takes initiative without waiting to be askedAdaptable and eager to learn new systems and toolsResourceful problem-solver, comfortable in startup environmentsCollaborative and comfortable working directly with leadershipEnergetic, engaging personality with passion for supporting young adultsGenuine interest in the Embarq's missionWhy you'll love working with usHybrid work model – We value face-to-face collaboration, while still giving you flexibility to balance work and life.
We work in office together 3 days a week and 2 from home (Monday & Wednesdays).
