We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our Production team as a Porduction Operators.
In this role, you will be responsible for organising, setting up, and operating our state-of-the-art machinery.
This is a fast-paced environment with overtime hours available, offering a casual-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate!
RequirementsYour Responsibilities will include:Organise and prepare machinery for operation according to production schedulesSet up machinery by adjusting settings and loading materialsOperate machinery to manufacture pharmaceutical products with precision and efficiencyMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and consistencyPerform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performanceAdhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environmentCompleting of batch documentation and in process quality checksCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlinesAttributes:Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issuesAttention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to work overtime hours as neededSummaryWhat is in it for you?
