We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in a busy and fast moving branch setting.About the roleThis position is central to the smooth running of our sales operation.
You will manage administration across the sales process from the sales order through to delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency and clear communication with customers, sales representatives and finance providers throughout.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate sales administration including finance documentation and stock allocationLiaise with sales representatives, finance providers and customers to ensure deals progress efficientlyMaintain accurate stock records for new and used equipmentProvide reporting and administrative support to the sales teamAct as a point of contact for customer enquiries, maintaining a professional standard of serviceAbout youWe are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with exceptional administration skills and a strong attention to detail.
The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high volume sales environment.Previous experience in machinery sales coordination is highly regarded, though candidates with relevant administration experience and a strong willingness to learn the industry are also encouraged to apply.The ideal candidate will have:Strong organisational and administrative skillsConfidence liaising with customers, sales staff and suppliersExperience with CRM systems and general office softwareThe ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deals simultaneouslyRemunerationCompetitive remuneration on offer, commensurate with experience.About usBrisvegas Machinery is a family owned business with a genuine commitment to its people.
