Installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Diagnosing faults and carrying out breakdown repairs
n
Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
n
Commissioning, testing and troubleshooting systems
n
Working across residential, commercial and industrial sites
n
Taking responsibility for jobs from initial attendance through to completion
n
Identifying issues and recommending practical solutions to customers
n
Completing service reports, job notes and required documentation
n
Communicating professionally with customers, suppliers and other trades
n
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, cleanliness and safety
n
Providing guidance and support to apprentices and junior technicians
n
About you nn
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
n
White Card
n
Solid air conditioning and refrigeration experience
n
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
Sound electrical knowledge
n
The ability to confidently work independently
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
Positive communication and customer service skills
n
n
$55-$70 per hour + super, depending on experience and capability
n
n
