Our client is seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead and elevate the pastry & bakery program at their Brisbane site. This role combines culinary leadership, menu innovation, team development, and a commitment to exceptional quality, safety, and guest outcomes.

Role Overview n

As Head Chef, you will oversee all pastry & bakery operations in office, guiding the pastry team from the kitchen floor, ensuring superior product quality, precise staffing, ongoing training, and continuous improvement. You’ll foster a culture of culinary excellence, accountability, and financial discipline across the Brisbane pastry & bakery operations.
