Repco is seeking a Retail Team Leader to drive showroom presentation, lead a team, and manage planograms across a large-format store. You will oversee merchandising standards, promotions, and staff development in a rapid-paced automotive aftermarket workplace.

The role requires leadership, solid visual merchandising skills, and availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with a focus on safety and customer experience. Training and career development are provided.
