Job Description

TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, in office service with a dedicated leadership team. You will coach daily on the floor, guide staff in ratio, and ensure smooth operations while delivering a high-quality, engaging program for children and families.

You’ll oversee Before/After/Vacation Care operations, embed routines, train staff, and nurture a positive service culture. The role suits a energetic leader who thrives in rapid-paced environments and is passionate about child safety
