Job Description

E4 People is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to lead a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes across ACT and NSW, reporting to the State Manager.

You will partner with Facility Managers to drive clinical, compliance and operational excellence, build robust stakeholder relationships and foster a positive, resident‑centred culture across the portfolio.

n

Relocation assistance is available, with a explicit path to regional leadership within a well‑established provider.
