What we’re really looking for n

Genuinely enjoy working with people, and build trust naturally
n
Stay calm and use valuable judgement when things don't go to plan
n
Are patient, reliable, and know how to really listen
n
Are comfortable using initiative and making decisions

What you’ll need nn
Current P2 or open’s driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
n
Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
n
First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
n
The right to work in Australia
