The prospect n
Working directly with the founders, you will own the performance analysis and investor reporting for a portfolio of industrial estates and industrial outdoor storage assets. Your analysis will inform live leasing, capex and business planning decisions.
Key responsibilities n
n
Update asset financial models with monthly actuals and analyse performance against budget
n
Explain material variances and update forecasts for leasing and capex changes
n
Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reports with transparent, insightful commentary
n
Coordinate inputs from property managers, accountants and internal colleagues
n
Support acquisition analysis, leasing and capex scenarios, budgets and business plans
n
About you nn
Real estate experience is essential, ideally gained in funds management, asset management, investment or property advisory
n
Strong practical Excel skills and confidence working with existing financial models
n
Sharp attention to detail and a disciplined approach to checking your work
n
Explicit written communication and the ability to explain what the numbers mean commercially
n
Curious, organised and keen to learn within a small team
