Looking to gain experience in Customer Service? We are seekingcurrent team members interested in undertaking additional dutieswithin our Customer Service team to assist with shift coverage whenrequired.

The day-to-day:

Provide friendly and qualified customer service
n
Assist with enquiries via phone, email and in person
n
Provide information on SGAC programs, classes and services
n
Process customer transactions and maintain accuraterecords
n
Assist with café orders when required
n
Assist with major events, including ushering and guestsupport
n

Someone with great communication and customer service skills whocan multitask in a busy setting and is willing to learn.Reception, administration or café experience would be beneficialbut is not essential.
