The Role n

Manage daily transport requirements from order receipt through to proof of delivery.
n
Use optimisation and transport management systems (TMS) to schedule, allocate, and monitor freight movements.
n
Coordinate with carriers to ensure capacity, compliance and on-time performance.
n
Monitor and resolve operational exceptions, maintaining service levels and cost efficiency.
n
Maintain accurate data including carrier rates, routes and site information.
n
Build strong working relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
n

Your Background nn
Prior experience in scheduling,



transport planning or freight operations.
n
Knowledge of Australian road transport, carriers, and compliance obligations (including Chain of Responsibility).
n
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on cost and service optimisation.
n
Experience using TMS or transport planning systems.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
n
Well-developed organisational and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments.
