This Business Analyst will be a key member of the client's IT Team to identify, design, build and implement Salesforce.com CRM solutions for sales, marketing and operations teams.

n

What you'll be doing?

n

Design and implement Salesforce.com CRM solutions for sales, marketing and operations teams
n
Key liaison, establishing strong relationships w/business partners and technologists in organization that include sales, marketing and operations teams across the franchises. Influence senior leaders
n
Develop strategic plans/identify strategic business information needs to improve business results
n
Work with business partners to solve complex problems with IT solutions in a demanding business setting
n
Interacts regularly with business customers to understand their business and to anticipate needed IT solutions
n
Lead workshops to drive detailed business requirements and conduct technical analysis of business requirements on CRM engagements
n
Deliver presentations, facilitate and address issues at a senior management level
n
Identify/plan enhancements/changes to improve effectiveness of business solutions

Key experiences and attributes:

Full Salesforce Platform Experience
n
Key working/influencing experiences with sales, marketing and operations teams demonstrated business acumen
n
Proven track record in gathering requirements as a business analyst on large scale enterprise CRM projects in a matrixed organization with financial payback or business case
n
Have hands-on technical CRM configuration experience to help drive business requirements, design and build
n
Demonstrate robust technical/business knowledge, requires limited direction, handles complex analysis and possesses solid knowledge of the SDLC and other project methodologies.
n
Apply innovative systems solutions to business problems: defining business processes & requirements, identifying/evaluating technical solutions, testing solutions, documenting/maintaining requirements, assisting in training activities, deploying solutions, and resolving critical production issues
n
Work independently and in cross-functional team
n
Work in an onshore-offshore organizational model
