Job Description

Sony Music Publishing (SMP) is seeking a Sync & Licensing Executive to join our team in Sydney. This role blends creative pitching, music licensing, and commercial negotiation across advertising, TV, film, gaming, stage and merchandise.

You will manage licensing across prospects, pitch SMP repertoire, build client relationships with supervisors, producers, and agencies, and contribute to catalogue strategy, while maintaining accurate contacts and databases.
