This is an excellent opportunity for a Leading Hand looking to take the next step into a Junior Site Supervisor role, or someone who has already had some experience running smaller projects and is looking to develop their career further.
n
You’ll work closely with an experienced Site Manager gaining exposure to the full process of running a project. The role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills across site management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, programming and client requirements, with the long-term prospect to run your own projects.
The Role n
n
Assist with the day-to-day management of high-end residential and commercial projects
n
Work closely with experienced Senior Site Teams
n
Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Assist with project programming and sequencing
n
Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
n
Assist with site safety and daily site operations
n
Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
n
Help manage project deadlines and ensure works remain on programme
n
Gradually take ownership of areas of the project before progressing into running your own sites
n

Leading Hand Carpenter ready to take the next step
n
Robust carpentry background
n
Experience across high-end residential, commercial or fit-out projects
n
Good understanding of construction methodology and site processes
n
Robust communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to coordinate trades and keep a project moving
n
High attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
n
