The Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for managing one of our restaurants, supporting an incredible team, and growing the THISBOWL brand with us.
You'll lead Restaurant Supervisors and Mixers to deliver delicious food, and exceptional customer experiences, every time.
Skills And Experience
You'll have:

Key Responsibilities
Role model and reinforce THISBOWL's people and culture standardsUnderstand and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to allow for future growthManage all expected reporting, sales and expensesDeliver superior customer service, to every customer, every timeMaintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitationSupervise and coach team members to grow with us.

The Interview Process
