We're looking for a switched-on Administration & Accounts Assistant to join the Foxy Home Staging team.
Experience is excellent, but we're much more interested in finding someone with initiative, attention to detail and the drive to learn.This is an entry-level role with plenty of opportunity to grow.You'll be joining a busy, fast-moving business where organisation matters and where we genuinely value people who don't just complete a task, they look for ways to make the task better.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGManaging and organising inboxesData entry and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with basic bookkeeping and accounts administrationFiling and document managementUpdating internal systemsFollowing up information required from suppliers or team membersSupporting the administration team with day-to-day tasksHelping keep our systems accurate, organised and up to dateAs you develop, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking for someone who is:Extremely organisedAccurate and detail-focusedComfortable working with numbersConfident using technologyReliable and consistentAble to manage multiple prioritiesWilling to take ownership of their workMost importantly,
