While these are casual positions, successful candidates can expect regular, consistent hours equivalent to part time or full-time employment.About the RoleAs a Gaming Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests.
Working within our dynamic gaming floor, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of one of the region's busiest gaming venues.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to members and guestsBuild positive relationships and create memorable guest experiencesAssist patrons with gaming enquiries and venue informationEnsure gaming areas are clean, safe and well-presented at all timesPromote responsible gambling practices and comply with all gaming regulationsAdhere to Club RSA and RCG requirements and policiesRespond professionally to guest feedback and resolve issues efficientlySupport club promotions, jackpots, events and member activitiesWork collaboratively with Gaming, Treasury,
