Fetch Recruitment are looking for skilled & experienced cabinet makers to join one of our clients in an established commercial joinery business based in Preston, specialising in high-end custom joinery and commercial fit-outs.
The Role n
You'll be responsible for taking commercial joinery from drawings through to a high-quality finished product.
Your day-to-day work will include n
n
Reading architectural and shop drawings
n
Measuring, cutting and assembling commercial cabinetry
n
Manufacturing custom and detailed joinery
n
Working with timber, veneer, laminate and other premium materials
n
Building counters and reception desks
n
Manufacturing banquette seating
n
Working on curved and detailed joinery
n
Laminating and veneering
n
Fitting hinges, runners and specialist hardware
n
Working independently and as part of a team
n
What We're Looking For: nn
Strong commercial joinery experience
n
Confident reading drawings and working to specifications
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and hardware
n
Experience with counters, reception desks and banquette seating
n
Experience with curved work, laminating and veneering
n
Positive problem-solving skills
n
Reliable, organised and proud of your workmanship
n
