We're currently looking for a Senior API Developer to join our financial services client in Sydney on an initial 6 month contract.

Our client need an experienced engineer with a solid background in backend development on complex, scaled systems hosted on cloud. At least 12 months in GCP stack is essential.
Skills & Experience: n
n
Experience designing and develop scalable backend services using NodeJS
n
Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
n
Experience building and operating scalable solutions in cloud environments including GCP.
n
Robust knowledge of databases SQL & NoSQL
n
Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
n
Understanding of microservices architecture
n
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
n
