Your Role n
As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day maintenance function and ensuring equipment is maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
You’ll:
n

Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance personnel
n
Oversee breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
n
Drive preventative maintenance and fleet availability
n
Ensure maintenance schedules, targets and KPIs are achieved
n
Work closely with site leadership, clients and internal teams
n
Champion a strongsafety-first culture
n
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance performance and reliability
n
What You’ll Bring n
We’re looking for someone who combines robust technical knowledge with the leadership skills to get the best from their team.

You’ll have:

n
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining
n
A solid Heavy Diesel Mechanical / mobile plant background
n
Experience with diagnostics, breakdowns and preventative maintenance
n
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and safety requirements
n
Proven leadership and mentoring capability
n
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights
n
n
Pre-employment checks include a medical assessment, drug & alcohol screening and a valid National Police Clearance.
