Job Description

We're a small studio that does serious work. We're looking for someone who feels the same way.

n

Savvy Sign Co. is a boutique Sydney signage studio with 18+ years in the industry. Our work spans precision vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, vinyl installs, 3D signage, gold leaf, and architectural applications - and we hold a high standard across all of it.

n

This is a hands-on role in every sense. As an experienced member of a small, close-knit team you'll be just as comfortable on the tools and on-site as you are contributing to the broader work of the studio. If you're the kind of tradesperson who takes pride in doing the work - not just overseeing it - this is the environment for you.

The Role n

You'll be working across vehicle wrapping and general signage production and installation, managing jobs end-to-end with confidence and minimal supervision. Employment is versatile - full time, part time, or contract - the right person and the right fit matters more than the arrangement.

Core work includes: n

n
Full and partial vehicle wraps - cars, vans, trucks, and fleets - with clean application and professional finishes
n
Cut vinyl and digital print graphics, production and install
n

Signage installation across a range of formats - vinyl, 3D, architectural, and wayfinding
n
Working independently through jobs from brief to final install, both in the studio and on-site
n

What we're looking for: nn
3+ years of hands-on Signage & vehicle wrapping experience
n
The ability to work independently and take full ownership of a job
n
Solid knowledge of materials - vinyls, films, application techniques, and tools
n
A genuine eye for detail and pride in the finished result
n
Comfortable working both in the workshop and out in office as needed
n
A valid driver's licence & able to drive manual
n
Examples or a portfolio of your work (we'll ask)
n
This role suits someone confident in their trade and ready to hit the ground running - it's not an entry-level or training position.
n

What's in it for you nn
Competitive pay that reflects your experience
n
Wide-ranging, interesting work - prestige hospitality, fleet, architectural, and heritage-style projects
n
A small, skilled team that respects the trade and the people who do it well
n
Sydney-based, in-person role - Sutherland Shire area
