As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a commercially minded finance professional to strengthen reporting, analysis and decision-making across the organisation.About the RoleThis is a newly created role with genuine scope to make an impact.
You will partner with senior leaders and operational teams to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights.Key responsibilities include:Analyse performance across entities, regions, channels, customers and products to identify trends, risks and opportunitiesBuild and automate reporting across revenue, margin, costs, cash flow and profitabilityProvide financial analysis to support pricing, tenders, contracts,



investments and other commercial decisionsPartner with Sales, Supply Chain and other teams to improve commercial outcomesMonitor customer and contract profitability and identify margin leakage and improvement opportunitiesPrepare cash flow forecasts and monitor FX exposures and hedging activityDevelop dashboards and management reporting that provide timely, actionable insightsIdentify opportunities to automate and simplify finance and broader business processesAbout YouYou will be a CA or CPA qualified finance professional with strong commercial accounting experience and a genuine interest in using data to drive better business decisions.You will bring:Strong financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis and cash flow skillsExperience with a large ERP such as SAP, Pronto, Oracle or similarAdvanced Excel capabilityA commercially curious, hands-on approach and confidence working in a scaling environmentStrong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities
