The role ensures efficient operations, consistent product quality, compliance with food safety standards and effective team management.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, control production schedules to meet demandOversee manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality standardsSupervise and manage production staff, including rostering and performanceMonitor quality control and ensure compliance with food safety standard (HACCP)Manage raw materials, inventory levels,
