The Opportunity
Reporting to the Creative Director and Founder, you will lead TMC's organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook, guiding a small social media team while staying actively involved in the content, storytelling and creative execution.
Develop and lead a commercially informed social media strategy that elevates TMC's brand presenceLead, coach and support a small social media teamCreate, direct and review social-first content across key channelsRegularly appear on camera as a visible contributor to TMC contentUse analytics, audience insights and trends to improve performanceCollaborate with marketing, brand and creative stakeholders on campaigns and launchesDrive audience growth, reach, engagement and customer consideration
What We're Looking For




This role will suit someone who brings strong capability across four key areas: social media strategy, leadership, content creation and confident on-camera communication.
At least five years of professional experience in social media, content marketing or a similar roleProven experience developing and executing organic social media strategiesStrong Instagram and TikTok expertiseConfidence creating and presenting regular on-camera contentExperience leading, coaching and mentoring team membersStrong creative judgement supported by commercial thinkingExperience using analytics to guide content decisionsStrong scripting, storytelling and copywriting skillsA portfolio showing content you have personally created, led or elevated, with clear examples of strategy, brand judgement and measurable resultsA qualification in marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, jewellery or e-commerce will be highly regarded but is not essential.
