You will resolve real-time end-user issues, support across multiple client sites, and help maintain day-to-day technology needs with a pragmatic, customer-focused approach.The role offers 3 days per week onsite, with potential to move to full-time.
You must have strong Windows knowledge, experience imaging hardware, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, SCCM, and ITIL practices.
