The Opportunity In this role you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the Distribution Centre, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

n

The successful candidate will provide in office supervision of the Cleaning Team Members and Leading Hands across all shifts.

n

This role is full time Sunday to Thursday 6am to 2pm

n

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

n
Manage the induction of all new Team Members according to both City and Coles requirements.
n
Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC, while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures
n
Ensure the correct use of chemicals, equipment and machinery by all team members
n
Develop strong working relationships and a positive team setting.
n
Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.

To be considered for this role you will:

n

n
Previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management. Ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment.
n
Current driver’s licence and vehicle (desirable)
n
Build and maintain strong working relationships.
n
Intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
n
Ability to work flexible hours when required.
n
