The Role: n
An experienced and relatively senior Customer Success Manager to join the Sydney team and focus on commercial and corporate AV projects and support enterprise clients & environments. Acting as the go-to point of contact between the client and internal delivery teams.
Key Criteria: n

Previous experience in a Customer Success Manager role within a managed services workplace - AV & IT

Excellent knowledge on Workplace Technologies & AV solutions
n
Customer & Delivery focused
n
Expert communication and stakeholder management skills
