Job Description

Uprety Home Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Community Registered Nurse for permanent part time work in the North West Sydney/Parramatta area. You will visit clients at home, assess nursing needs, develop and review care plans, and deliver care within your scope of practice.

The role combines direct client care with clinical documentation, assessment reports and follow-up, coordinating with administration and other healthcare professionals. Requires robust clinical judgement and reliability.
