Cresta is seeking a Founding Conversational Designer for APAC to shape how our AI solutions are delivered across the region. You will design and deploy best-in-class conversation models powering real-time coaching and virtual agents across voice and chat.

This strategic, customer-facing role combines design expertise with project ownership, establishing delivery practices, scaling impact, and partnering with teams across ML, DS, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
