Trial Balance are delighted to be working with a highly-regarded and respected accountancy practice who are looking to recruit an Accounts Senior to join the team in Salisbury.
This is an excellent prospect for an experienced accountancy practice accountant to work with a varied portfolio of clients and become part of a successful and expanding team.
As Accounts Senior, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact for their accounting and taxation requirements
Completing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments where required
Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
Working closely with Managers and Partners to ensure assignments are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
The successful Accounts Senior will:
Have previous experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident across accounts preparation and taxation work.
ACA or ACCA qualifications would be advantageous, although applications are welcomed from part-qualified and qualified-by-experience candidates with the right level of accountancy practice experience.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, well organised and comfortable managing a wide-ranging workload whilst delivering a high standard of client service.
