About the Role n
Working primarily around the warehouse dock , you'll be responsible for loading and unloading incoming and outgoing freight, moving stock throughout the warehouse, and assisting with general warehouse operations.
n
Counterbalance forklifts are used on-site.
Key Responsibilities n

Operating Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
n
Loading and unloading trucks
n
Moving and staging stock around the warehouse and dock
n
Receiving and processing incoming stock
n
Stacking and moving pallets
n
Preparing stock for dispatchAssisting with general warehouse duties as required
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and secure work environment
n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
About You nn
Current LF Forklift Licence - essential
n
Previous Counterbalance forklift experience
n
Experience loading and unloading trucks
n
Previous warehouse or logistics experience highly regarded
n
Confident moving pallets and stock in a busy warehouse workplace
n
Strong understanding of forklift and warehouse safety
n
Reliable, punctual and motivated
n
Good attention to detail
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
