Job Description

BlueWave Talent's client, a major Australian online SME lender, seeks a Credit Team Leader in Sydney to run the daily credit queue and guide a three-person team while continuing to assess deals.

You will coach the team, collaborate with Sales, Operations and Risk, and balance commercial chance with policy and risk. The role blends hands-on credit work with leadership, with a CBD office and one WFH day per week.
