They are hiring for a sharp Engineering Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering teams delivering high-volume, transaction‑critical products, self‑service, mobile, and retail operations platforms. Requirements n

A current Engineering Manager that has strong software engineering foundations with experience delivering production systems at scale
n
Previous leadership experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or senior engineer owning delivery outcomes
n
Strong understanding of Agile delivery, SDLC, CI/CD, and up-to-date engineering practices
n
Ability to lead technical discussions while communicating effectively with non‑technical stakeholders
n
Comfortable operating in rapid‑paced and evolving environments, navigating ambiguity and a start‑up up
n
Someone that commercially applying AI tooling in engineering workflows, CI/CD, delivery, and productivity improvements
