About the role
Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
Assist in the productive running of Kitchen operations
Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
Training junior kitchen staff

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commands respect in the kitchen
Team player and supportive of a culture of team work
High food standards in taste and presentation
Qualifications required - Relevant AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
