What You’ll Be Owning:
Owns a station—Fry, Broiler, Plate Nacho, Sauté— it’s your own stage
Preparing, cooking and presenting menu items to a high TGIF standard
Checking ingredients and food products for quality and freshness
Operating ovens, grills, fryers
Portioning and plating meals in line with recipes and presentation standards
Preparing meals to accommodate dietary and guest needs
Ensuring food is stored correctly and maintained at appropriate temperature
Actioning food preparation, storage and stock control
Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe TGIF kitchen
Working closely with the Head Chef/Sous Chef and the broader kitchen team during service
Supporting team members where required
Assisting with menu preparation and kitchen planning as needed
Who You Are:
Previous experience as a Cook
Unshakeable under pressure and thrives when the tickets are flying
A fun and engaging guest-oriented approach in addition to excellent service standards
A team player with a passion for great food and outstanding vibes.

$75,000 to $85,000 per year
