Job Description

BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a part time Training and Quality Coordinator for the Forster Kularoo Centre. The role focuses on delivering and evaluating clinical and non-clinical education for residents and staff.

You will maintain LMS records, coordinate skills development, and implement delivery methods including e-learning and face-to-face sessions, while supporting audits and continuous quality improvement.
