Job Description

ALDI is seeking a Duty Manager for Dubbo Orana Mall to lead from the front, oversee opening and closing shifts, support team members, and deliver excellent customer service in a rapid-paced retail setting.

You’ll supervise and train staff, keep shelves stocked, and ensure safety while providing a positive customer experience. This 35-hour-per-week role offers weekend opportunities and growth within ALDI.
