We are looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our sheet metal and fabrication team.

This is a full-time position suitable for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently, and is comfortable working in a busy fabrication environment.
About the Role: n
n
MIG and Tig welding and general fabrication
n
Welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium where required
n
Reading and understanding fabrication drawings
n
Cutting, grinding, drilling and preparing components
n
Measuring and checking finished components
n
Fabricating frames, brackets and other sheet metal products
n
Using workshop tools and fabrication equipment safely
n
Maintaining positive weld quality and finish
n
Following workplace safety procedures
n
Working independently and as part of the production team
n
About You: n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
n
Previous welding and fabrication experience minimum 2 years
n
Ability to read engineering/fabrication drawings
n
Good measuring and fabrication skills
n
Experience using grinders, drills and workshop equipment
n
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
n
Ability to work with minimal supervision
n
Valuable understanding of workplace safety
n
Experience working in a sheet metal or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
