Once you're in, there's no limits on where your career could take you.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily banquet and event operations to ensure smooth, high quality serviceLead, train, and support the banquet team to deliver consistent service standardsManage event setup and pack down according to client requirements and event ordersMonitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptlyCoordinate closely with clients, chefs, and event coordinators for seamless executionMaintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standardsConduct pre event briefings and post event reviewsManage inventory, equipment, and cost controls,
