Job Description

LiveHire Limited in Goolwa, SA, is seeking a Case Manager (Homelessness) for a part‑time fixed‑term position to support people experiencing homelessness with access to protected accommodation and essential services.

You will conduct crisis intervention, develop tailored case plans, and empower clients toward independent living within a values‑driven team. WWCC and Secure Environments cert are preferred, with solid community ties in the Southern Fleurieu.
