Service Advisor

Main North Nissan & Chery is one of Adelaide’s best known, iconic automotive dealerships. The Opportunity The industry term “service advisor” can be a bit misleading. Its more like Mission Control – You’ll be in control of making sure our customers have the best experience possible, from drop off to pick-up of their car. It needs outstanding communication, good computer skills and an ability to problem-solve under pressure.

The exciting thing is that this role really makes a difference. You may not know everything about cars, but your ability to follow a process, think on your feet and be a outstanding communicator is the key to making our vehicle service customers truly happy!

you’ll be required to ensure our customers are taken care of by:
Welcoming customers and checking in their vehicles
Liaising with the customer about any work that needs to be done
Making sure their vehicle is ready on time and explaining the work carried out
Arranging future service bookings

The role would be ideally suited to someone who:
Has a history of providing great customer service, like in retail or hospitality
Or has been working in a service department now looking for a step up
Is career minded, looking to take on a bigger and more rewarding challenge
Loves to work in a fast paced, team environment
