As a Guest Service Host, you will play an essential part in ensuring the smooth and productive operation of the Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for reception duties and providing administrative support to the Marketing Department.

To be successful in this environment Ideally you will
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Be able to offer exceptional customer service
Be able to speak fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese
Offer advice on Casino Marketing promotions and events, assist with enquiries on all aspects of guest experience at Casino Canberra
Provide reception services such as meet and greet patrons and visitors, answer and redirect incoming telephone calls, provide cloak room services




Establish and maintain relationships with Casino Canberra patrons, both VIP and non-VIPs
Building the Rewards program database by inviting and signing up new patrons
