A Full time Permanent position is available for an ambitious and energetic Sales Representative based in Cameron Park . the SAPE Group is a well-established company operating for over 50 years and is a leader in their field of Equipment, Paint and Materials supply to the collision repair industry.

This position will be working as part of our Sales Team in the Paint Division to service our existing customer base and develop New Opportunities.

The Role:
Manage 75 SME customer relationships,with regular customer meetings and growing revenue within that existing customer base
Work closely with customers to develop & deliver solutions specific to their needs
Have a hands-on approach to managing client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
Grow existing customer relationships through cross-selling within your region.
Develop territory plans and call cycles to ensure optimum customer service

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be an Australian resident or hold a permanent resident visa




Have a Valid NSW Drivers Licence (Automatic and P Plate Licence is acceptable)
Resilience and courage and the ability to deal with the ups and downs of a sales role
Experience working in a commission based role
A solid sales mentality and be results and KPI driven
Endless amounts of enthusiasm and passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
Have Solid Communication and Time Management skills
The ability to thrive and articulate your point of difference in a highly competitive market.
