The Chance
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Structural Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer to join a highly regarded engineering team and play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of complex building services projects, including Datacenters.
Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial developments, you will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design and engineering calculations through to commissioning and project completion.
This is a role for a technically robust engineer who enjoys solving challenges, mentoring others, and working closely with clients, project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform engineering calculations, and provide technical guidance and support to project teams
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and contractors to ensure project successReview and approve technical drawings, specifications,



and engineering reportsAttend client and project meetings, providing technical adviceSupport installation, testing, commissioning, and project delivery activitiesMentor and develop junior engineers and contribute to team capability growthEnsure compliance with relevant Australian standards, codes, and safety requirementsIdentify innovative, sustainable, and value-driven engineering solutions
About You
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
Degree qualification in Engineering - structural or civilExperience delivering Energy, HVAC or building services projects
Strong knowledge of Australian codes, standards, and compliance requirementsProven experience in design, documentation, and project deliveryProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design softwareExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple projectsA proactive and solutions-focused approach
