We work across the energy, resources, utilities and infrastructure sectors, delivering major projects that support Australia's evolving infrastructure and energy needs.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Community Engagement Manager to join our Clean Energy Link North project team.CELN is a major transmission infrastructure project supporting Western Australia's transition to a cleaner and more connected energy system.The role will be based at the Clean Energy Link North Northern Terminal, with regular travel to the Neerabup site to work alongside the wider project team.
A company pool vehicle will be available for travel between sites.You will lead community and stakeholder engagement across the project, working directly with residents, landowners, local communities, government and other key stakeholders.
You will build strong relationships, respond to enquiries and concerns,
and ensure residents are kept informed throughout project delivery.Key responsibilitiesLead community and stakeholder engagement activitiesBuild and maintain relationships with residents, landowners, communities and key stakeholdersManage community enquiries, concerns and feedbackDevelop and implement engagement strategies and plansCoordinate community meetings, consultations and information sessionsProvide explicit communication around project activities, impacts and upcoming worksIdentify and manage emerging stakeholder issuesPrepare engagement materials, reports and communicationsWork closely with project leadership and delivery teamsAbout youSignificant experience in community or stakeholder engagementExperience within major infrastructure, energy, utilities, resources or constructionStrong experience engaging with landowners, communities and governmentExcellent communication and relationship management skillsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage complex stakeholder matters in a fast-paced environmentExperience in transmission, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.Why join us?
