Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking a Senior Renal Social Worker (Level 4) for the Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
The role delivers psychosocial assessment, advocacy and education to patients with late-stage kidney disease across inpatient and outpatient settings.The role emphasizes client-centred care, multidisciplinary collaboration and qualified supervision within MLHD's Renal Service.
This is a permanent part-time position offering pro rata arrangements and a supportive work
