This role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to contribute across the full employee lifecycle while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in delivering HR administration, employee support, payroll coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide employee lifecycle administration and HR supportSupport onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding activitiesCoordinate payroll processes and provide backup payroll processing supportAssist with remuneration reviews and other cyclical HR activitiesMaintain HR records, documentation, and employee dataPrepare reporting and support data analysis activitiesAssist with HR projects, process improvement,



and automation initiativesProvide general administrative support to the broader People & Culture teamAbout YouPrevious experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration positionStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyExperience working within a high-volume administrative environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA proactive and adaptable approach to workFlexible 3-day-per-week arrangementHybrid working model with 1-2 days in the officeExposure to a broad range of HR activitiesOpportunity to contribute to HR process improvement initiativesCollaborative and supportive People & Culture teamIf you are an organised HR professional looking for a flexible contract opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
