About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join a successful real estate sales team.Working closely with the Executive Assistant to a high-performing Sales Agent, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to ensure the team operates efficiently and delivers an exceptional level of service to its clients.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in real estate, gain exposure to the full sales process and learn directly from an experienced EA and successful agent.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant and sales teamAssist with preparing sales documentation, proposals, appraisals and listing presentationsCoordinate and update property files, databases and CRM recordsAssist with property marketing campaigns and ensure campaign deadlines are metPrepare brochures, signboards, online listings and other marketing collateralManage buyer enquiries and assist with buyer follow-upCoordinate photography, floorplans, styling and other external suppliersAssist with open home preparation and administrationPrepare vendor reports and campaign updatesManage data entry and maintain accurate client and property informationAssist with contracts, compliance documentation and sales administrationSupport diary management,
appointments and team meetingsLiaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, conveyancers and suppliersProvide general office and administrative support as requiredAbout YouYou'll be someone who is highly organised, switched on and enjoys working in a rapid-paced environment.
You don't need to know everything from day one, but you'll need to be proactive, willing to learn and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Ideally, you will have:Previous administration, reception or real estate experienceStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident written and verbal communication skillsA professional and polished approachStrong computer and Microsoft Office skillsThe ability to prioritise and work to deadlinesA proactive attitude and willingness to take initiativeAn interest in building a long-term career within real estateA current Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain oneThe OpportunityThis role offers the chance to become an integral part of a successful sales team while developing your knowledge across sales administration, property marketing, client management and campaign coordination.For the right person, there is genuine scope to take on greater responsibility and progress into an Executive Assistant or Sales Coordinator position as your experience develops.
